Specifically, the product label appears to include claims that are false or misleading in relation to the efficacy of the product such as the unqualified claims ?four high-intensity UVC germicidal lamps for maximum viral and bacterial abatement? and ?The True HEPA filter uses the principle of
laminar flow filtration to filter out common particles, removing at least 99.97% of dust, pollen, mold, bacteria, and any airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns?.
