On November 11, 2021, Region 10 filed an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) to address
violations of the Clean Water Act by Western Timber Product's Weiser facility, 720 Hillcrest Ave,
Weiser, Idaho 83672. The AOC requires the facility to take specific actions to include, gaining
coverage under the Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP); following all components of the MSGP,
monitoring pollutants in its stormwater discharges, and submitting to EPA a Stormwater Evaluation
Report by April 15, 2022.
