Region 10 Resolves Clean Air Act Title II Violations at R.C. Mast, Inc. (Spokane, WA)
On November 29, 2021, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order with R.C. Mast, Inc. (RC Mast) for
violations of Title II of the Clean Air Act. RC Mast imported one uncertified motor vehicle in June
2021. The violation was identified by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers located at in
Eastport, Idaho and referred to EPA requesting follow up. RC Mast will pay a civil penalty of $23,190.
