Asbestos located in Wenatchee, Washington, for violations of TSCA?s Lead-Based Paint Renovation,
Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule occurring in and around Washington state. EPA Region 10 alleged
A1 Asbestos LLC failed to retain and, if requested, make available all records necessary to demonstrate
compliance with the recordkeeping and reporting requirements of the RRP Rule for a period of three
years following completion of the renovation work for all pre-1978 residential properties. Respondent
agreed to pay a penalty amount of $800.
