On February 4, 2022, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to George Conkle LLC located in Tonasket, Washington, for violations of TSCA?s Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule occurring in Omak, Washington. EPA Region 10 alleged George Conkle LLC failed to become RRP firm certified prior to performing renovation work on a pre-1978 residential property as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty amount of $200.
