On 10/13/2021, EPA Region 6 issued a CAFO under its authority pursuant to RCRA to Arrmaz Products located in Convent LA. The CAFO was issued in response to violations of: Failure to Notify, Failure to operate within generator status. The CAFO requires Arrmaz Products to come to compliance within 30 days from filing date. Arrmaz Products must respond to EPA Region 6 by 11/13/2021.
