On 10/28/21, EPA Region 6 issued an ACOC under its authority pursuant to RCRA to Shannon Medical Center located San Angelo, TX. The ACOC was issued in response to violations of: Failure to Notify, Failure to operate within generator status. The ACOC requires Shannon Medical to come into compliance with the ACOC within 30 days. Shannon Medical must respond to EPA Region 6 by 11/28/21.
