Lehigh Cement in Mason City Iowa failed numerous Particulate Matter stack tests during 2019 into 2020. The facility exceeded the PM limits established in the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants Subpart LLL. As part of settlement Lehigh will conduct additional monitoring for PM in 2022.
