On November 22, 2021, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) under its authority pursuant to Section 13(a) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136k(a), to Verataur LLC of New Iberia, LA. The SSURO prohibits the sale, use or removal of an unregistered pesticide product, BioErase Surface Wipes, which has been distributed in violation of Section 12(a)(1)(A) and 12(a)(1)(E) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Sections 136j(a)(1)(A) and 136j(a)(1)(E).
