EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Respondent at its water system, J & J Water Sports water system in Henderson, Arkansas. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Public Notice (PN) rule as set forth in 40 C.F.R. ? 141.201. The AO requires Respondent to provide public notice for the violations listed in the Order to its customers, EPA, and ADH within 30 days of receipt of the Order.
