On October 7, 2020, the EPA Risk Management Program (RMP) Reporting Center sent a request for information to the Respondent facility located in Dickinson, Texas, to evaluate the Respondents failure to update their RMP. Respondent failed to submit an updated RMP registration within 5 years of the date of submittal of its previous RMP, as required by 40 CFR 68.190.
