On 12/07/2021 Region 5 Filed a Consent Agreement with Rockline Industries, Inc. In it Region 5 alleges that Rockline Industries, Inc violated the FIFRA when it failed to properly file a NOA for multiple products entering the country, further Rockline Industries, Inc failed to properly label multiple products and sold/distributed them improperly labeled. Rockline Industries, Inc will pay a fine of $35,600.
