On 12/08/2021 Region 5 filed a Field Citation against Winnie Trading Post. In it Region 5 alleges that Winnie Trading Post failed to properly follow the RCRA when it failed to properly monitor and operate release detection equipment and failed to properly equip piping with an automatic detection.
