On December 8. 2021, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under the authority pursuant to the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1251 1251 et seq.) to Arena Offshore, LP (GMG290269) located in the Western portion of the Gulf of Mexico. The AO was issued in response to effluent violations. Arena Offshore, LP must respond to EPA Region 6 within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this order.
