The Enforcement and Compliance Assurance Division for Region IX of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issues this Emergency Administrative Order (Order) to Patricia Valladares (Respondent) pursuant to EPA's authority under Section 1431(a) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), 42 U.S.C. Section 300i(a). Installation of conventional aerobic treatment unit is estimated to reduce the discharge of approximately 900 gallons of untreated sanitary wastewater per day.
