Region 9 has filed a consent agreement and final order with Juana Delgado, the owner/operator of Indian Village Mobile Home Park Public Water System for violations at the PWS in Thermal, California. Under the CA/FO, the Respondent will pay a civil penalty in the amount of $3,021 for its failure to meet the terms of a May 2020 administrative order requiring the Respondent to hire a certified operator for the PWS.
