On May 17, 2022, EPA Region 10 filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) with Williams Corporation, NW Pipeline LLC to address Clean Air Act (CAA) violations at its Pocatello, ID compressor station. This facility is located on the Fort Hall Reservation. The violations involve failure to submit complete annual and semi-annual reports required by their Title V Air Operating Permit. Under the terms of the Agreement, Williams Corporation, NW Pipeline LLC certified it has corrected the CAA violations and will pay a $23,593 civil penalty within 30 days.
