On November 3, 2021, EPA conducted a MS4 Inspection of the Town and identified violations of the MS4 General Permit, including failure to inspect all outfalls within 5 years, failure to document routine construction site inspections, and failure to implement a routine catch basin cleaning program. This Order requires the Town to come into compliance with the MS4 General Permit in accordance with a compliance schedule.
