EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) to Lubbock County WCID 1 (Respondent). EPA Region 6 issued the AO under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Respondent at its water system in Lubbock, Texas. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Revised Total Coliform Rule (RTCR). The AO requires Respondent to submit a copy of their site sampling plan to TCEQ for review and approval, pursuant to the RTCR, within 30 days of receipt of the order.
