On November 6, 2020, EPA Risk Management Program (RMP) Reporting Center sent a request for information to the Respondent's facility, located at Athens, Texas, to evaluate the Respondent's failure to update their RMP with the EPA. The review indicated that the update for the facility was not submitted by the required due date of October 27, 2020, which is a violation of the RMP regulations promulgated at 40 C.F.R. 68.190.
