On July 19, 2022, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to Hydra LLC located in Boise, Idaho, for violations of TSCA's Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule occurring in Boise, Idaho. EPA Regio 10 alleged Hydra LLC failed to become RRP firm certified prior to performing renovation work on a pre-1978 residential property as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty amount of $1,000.
