On January 11, 2022 EPA Region 6 issued a Schedule Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Section 309 of the CWA to the Glorieta Camps, New Mexico - Wastewater Treatment Plant. The AO was issued in response to chronic Specific Conductance (indicator of total dissolved solids or salts) violations of the NPDES permit limit(s). The AO requires the facility to complete a comprehensive Schedule of Activities to achieve compliance. The Respondent must respond to EPA Region 6 within forty-five (45) days of the effective AO date.
