On 2/1/2022, EPA Region 10 issued a consent agreement and final order to Griffith Rubber Mills,
resolving violations of EPCRA Section 313 occuring in Portland, Oregon. EPA alleged that Griffith
Rubber Mills violated EPCRA by failing to file Form R reports to the Toxic Release Inventory
(TRI) for Zinc compounds processed by the facility in 2017, 2018, and 2019. Griffith Rubber Mills
has submitted its Form R reports to the TRI and agreed to pay a penalty of $61,180.
