EPA has determined that Sanmina violated the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) 313 by failing to submit to the Administrator of EPA and to the State of Wisconsin Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Reporting Forms (Form R) for the reporting calendar year of 2016 on or before July 1, 2017 and the calendar year of 2017 on or before July 1, 2018.
