On January 6, 2022, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to Pella
Inland Northwest Inc located in Spokane, Washington, for violations of TSCA?s Lead-Based Paint
Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule occurring in Spokane, Washington. EPA Region 10
alleged Pella Inland Northwest Inc failed to retain and, if requested, make available all records
necessary to demonstrate compliance with the recordkeeping and reporting requirements for three years,
and failed to become RRP firm certified prior to performing renovation work on a pre-1978 residential
property as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty amount of $6,000.
