On February 4, 2022, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to Integrity Remodeling Inc. located in Spokane, Washington, for violations of TSCA?s Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule occurring in Spokane, Washington. EPA Region 10 alleged Integrity Remodeling Inc. failed to become RRP firm certified prior to performing renovation work on a pre-1978 residential property as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty amount of $1,000.
