On February 4, 2022, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to Walther IHA LLC located in Kennewick, Washington, for violations of TSCA?s Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule occurring in Richland, Washington. EPA Region 10 alleged Walther IHA LLC failed to become RRP firm certified prior to performing renovation work on a pre-1978 residential property as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty amount of $1,000.
