A shipment was imported through the Pembina, North Dakota, Port of Entry that contained Huskie Herbicide, EPA Reg. No. 264-1023, from EPA Est. No. 079693CAN004. However, the pesticide product labels did not include an EPA establishment number and, therefore, the pesticides were misbranded, which is a violation of FIFRA.
