EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Penalty Order (APO) under its authority pursuant to to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to Prairie Hill WSC located in Prairie Hill, TX. The APO was issued in response to failure to comply with an Administrative Order (AO), issued June 30, 2015. The APO requires Prairie Hill WSC to comply with the Maximum Contaminant Level for arsenic and pay a penalty in the amount of $4,000.
