On February 15, 2022, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order for compliance under its authority pursuant to Section 1421 of the Safe Drinking Water Act to TKB Oil, Inc, located in Hominy, Oklahoma. The AO was issued because Respondent failed to permanently plug & abandon or successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity and (40 C.F.R. ?? 147.2903(b), 147.2905, and 147.2909) maintained injection wells in a manner that could allow fluid movement into a USDW. Respondent must respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days after the effective date of a Final Order
