Company performed renovation activities in 2019 at a Manhattan, NY address and failed to obtain an acknowledgement statement from property owner that property owner received the Renovate Right pamphlet and failed to retain records documenting compliance with the Residential Property Renovation (RRP Rule) requirements for a period of 3 years following the renovation, including documentation of on-the-job training provided to its employees. EPA is seeking a penalty and the company's return to compliance.
