This Order is being issued to the Respondent for violations of the Clean Water Act (CWA) 33 U.S.C. ?? 1251-1387. EPA finds that the Respondent owns or operates a facility and violated its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit by failure to sample/required analysis not conducted in submitted Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) for outfalls 007-A, 014-A, and 015-A on 05/31/2021.
