On February 22, 2022 Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) letter to Siemens Energy, Inc., for violations of NPDES General Permit GMG290373. The violations identified were incomplete DMRs and failure to submit DMRs to EPA within 60 days for a facility located in Green Canyon, Block 641. Siemens Energy, Inc. is provided thirty (30) days from the received date of this letter to respond to EPA Region 6.
