On February 28, 2022, EPA Region 1 filed an expedited settlement agreement (Agreement) addressing GAIR, LLC's alleged failure to discharge stormwater without a permit, in violation of Clean Water Act Section 301, at the Jennings Road Construction site in Charlton, MA. Pursuant to the Agreement, GAIR, LLC has agreed to pay a $6,600 penalty. EPA implements the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System program in Massachusetts.
