Region 10 files Administrative Complaint to Greg Posey/Poseys Mech-Elec/Greasy Gregs (Lewiston, ID.)
On March 15, 2022, Region 10 filed an administrative complaint against Poseys Mech-Elec, LLC, Greasy Gregs LLC, and Mr. Greg S. Posey for failure to respond to an information request, and at least one violation of CAA Section 203(a)(3) for the sale of an aftermarket defeat device. This is the first administrative complaint that Region 10 has filed for failure to respond to an information request (CAA Section 208). Mr. Posey is required to file a response by April 18, 2022.
