This Order resolves violations identified in EPA?s Notice of Violation, issued to the Respondent on August 16, 2021, which described violations of Subchapter 16 of the New Jersey Administrative Code, Title 7, Chapter 27, which is part of the federally enforceable CAA state implementation plan (SIP) for the State of New Jersey (NJSIP).
