On March 16,2022, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order for Compliance (AO) under its authority pursuant to the Clean Water Act to the Village of Chama. The AO was issued in response to violations of NPDES Permit No. NM27731. The AO requires the Village of Chama to provide a written response within thirty days.
