On March 21,2022, EPA Region 6 issued a ACOC under its authority pursuant to RCRA to Kenworth of South Louisiana located Harahan, Louisiana. The ACOC was issued in response to violations of: 1) Failure to Notify of the general description of its hazardous waste activities and its generation and management of hazardous waste 2019, 2021 and 2022 2) Failure to Operate within its Stated Generator Status. The ACOC requires Kenworth of South LA to 1) certify that it has assessed all of its solid waste streams to determine the accurate waste codes and has developed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures (?SOP?) 2) certify that it has accurately and adequately complied with its RCRA Section 3010 Notification. Kenworth of South LA must certify to EPA Region 6 by thirty days by ACOC filing.
