This Order is being issued to the Township for violations of the MS4 Tier A permit, including failure to map outfalls, conduct outfall inspections, implement an illicit discharge detection and elimination program and failure to implement Best Management Practices. The Order includes a compliance schedule to address all deficiencies identified during EPA?s Audit (phone interviews, records reviews and field inspection) conducted in January 2022.
