This Order is issued to the Respondent for violations of the MS4 Tier A permit, including failure to map outfalls, conduct outfall inspections, implement an illicit discharge detection and elimination program and failure to implement Best Management Practices. The Order includes a compliance schedule to address all deficiencies identified during EPA's Audit (phone interviews, record reviews and field inspections) conducted in January 2022 with PG contractors.
