The CAFO addresses violations of Section 12(a)(l)(A) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(I )(A), for the unlawful distribution of an unregistered pesticide, and violations of Section 12(a)(l)(E) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(l)(E), for the unlawful distribution or sale of a misbranded pesticide. Allied BioScience must pay a civil penalty of $253,032 within 30 days of the effective date of the CAFO.
