On March 18, 2022, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) letter to TOPCO Offshore, LLC, for violations of NPDES General Permit GMG290624. The violations identified were for failure to submit DMRs for two facilities located in Vermillion, Block 170. TOPCO Offshore, LLC is provided thirty (30) days from the received date of this letter to respond to EPA Region 6.
