The Enforcement and Compliance Assurance Division for Region IX of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issues this Emergency Administrative Order (Order) to Gonzalez Mobile Home Park, Julia Gonzalez (Respondent) pursuant to EPA's authority under Section 1431(a) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), 42 U.S.C. Section 300i(a). The undersigned official has been properly delegated this authority.
1/24/2024 Gonzalez MHP has Park has complied with all requirements of the Order based on an examination of information that the Park submitted to EPA, including alternative water receipts, point-of-use treatment installation logs and photos, and quarterly arsenic sampling results.
