On January 5, 2021 to April 27, 2021, the RMP team conducted an off-site compliance monitoring activity of the Silvertip Processing Facility operated by D90 Energy, LLC. The activity and follow-up investigation review determined that the facility failed to review and update their RMP submission as required.
