On January 03, 2022, based on its reason to believe that Respondent had distributed, by import, misbranded pesticides in violation of section 12(a)(1)(F) of FIFRA, EPA issued a Stop Sale, Use or Removal Order (SSURO) to Respondent under the authority in section 13(a) of FIFRA. 7 U.S.C.136j(a)(1)(A), 136k(a). The SSURO also provided for the movement of subject products for the purpose of relabeling at Respondent's registered establishment.
