This Information Request and Administrative Compliance Order is issued to the Respondent for violations of the Tier A Municipal Stormwater General Permit. Violations include failure to update the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, the Municipal Stormwater Management Plan, and the Municipal Stormwater Control Ordinance; failure to ensure required training is taken; failure to submit the annual report timely; and, failure to have the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan and Municipal Stormwater Management Plan posted on the City?s website. The Order includes a compliance schedule requiring the City to address deficiencies identified during the EPA?s September 28, 2021 ? November 8, 2021 Off-Site Desk Audit.
