In it Region 5 alleges that Two Chicks and a Hammer failed to contain the waste from renovation activities, failed to contain release of waste dust during transport, failed to cover the ground while undertaking debris producing labor, failed to establish all records demonstrating compliance, failed to ensure all individuals are certified, and failed to assign a certified renovator to each renovation. Two Chicks and a Hammer will pay a fine of $40,000.
