EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) to Peaceful Lane Village, LLC (Respondent). EPA Region 6 issued the AO under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Respondent at its water system in Marble Falls, Texas. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Revised Total Coliform Rule (RTCR). The AO requires Respondent to complete the required RTCR monitoring plan and submit a copy to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
