EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) to A & K Enterprises d/b/a Country Food Store (Respondent). EPA Region 6 issued the AO under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Respondent at its water system in Lane City, Texas. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Revised Total Coliform Rule (RTCR). The AO requires Respondent to complete the required RTCR public notification for failure to sample and submit a copy to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
