EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) to Wing Dingers Mineola (Respondent). EPA Region 6 issued the AO under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Respondent at its water system in Mineola, Texas. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Revised Total Coliform Rule (RTCR). The AO requires Respondent to complete the required RTCR monitoring and submit a copy of the results to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
